We get excited about this service! Personalized medicine at it's best! Every person should have this assessment done at least once in their lifetime, and more frequently if possible, as the insights are invaluable.
Includes initial 90 minute consult and 2- 90 minute follow up visits.
Typical testing we will perform and review: genetic testing, gut microbiome testing, organic acid testing, and metabolic testing.

Problem based functional medicine assessment
Includes a 90 minute initial consult and 2 follow up visits to review results and plans.
Testing is determined by your concerns and needs.
$715 + lab fees
Single visit consult -60 min $250
Package additional f/u $215
Additional 60 minute follow up sessions can be added individually as needed.
Labs
Lab fees vary and are determined by the lab company performing the test. These will be clearly communicated prior to ordering.
Supplements
Most supplements are shipped directly to you from suppliers through Fullscript which determines pricing.
When booking online, select corresponding appointment type beginning with, "FunctionalMed."
For IV or IM therapies, select appointment titled, "IV Therapy."
