We’re excited to offer yoga classes at our office to support movement, stress reduction, and whole-body wellness.

Drop in — no registration required
-First come, first serve
-All levels welcome
-Please bring a yoga mat (extras available if needed)

Meet our Instructor

My name is Kelly Kandel, I have been practicing yoga since I was 15 years old. Back then I saw yoga as a way to exercise and nothing else, but through the years I realized the amazing benefits of yoga not just physically but mentally as well. In 2020 I became a certified yoga instructor and through my training really realized the reasons for moving your body as well as breathing to maximize wellness. Since then I have had 3 beautiful boys and whether I am trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum I lean hard on yoga to be the best person, mother, and wife I can be.
