How can I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule appointments online through our booking link. See our services page for details on what appointment types to choose so we can serve you best! You can also text or call our phone line to get help with scheduling at any time! Texting is typically more efficient.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurances. We offer fee for service visits, direct primary care, and wellness plan services. If you have insurance, we can provide you with a superbill to submit on your own. Most patient have good success with reimbursement this way.
Unfortunately, most Aesthetics and Functional Medicine services are not covered by insurance at any time.
We will continue revisiting this option in the future. Insurance billing is a time consuming process that would require another staff member and can take months to be paid. As a new practice, we cannot sustain an additional staff member and months worth of delayed payment. Once we are able, we will revisit this.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we welcome new patients at our practice.
What are your office hours?
We are open Mon-Thurs 8:30-4pm; and the 1st and 3rd Fri and Sat of the month. We are closed Sundays. Additional appointment times are available by request. Our office remains open by appointment, so please schedule an appointment or contact ahead so we can be available to serve you.
Do you offer Free Consultations?
Yes, we offer free consultations or an office tour to review our service offerings, answer questions, and help you decide if our services are right for you.
What lab company do you use?
For general lab services, most labs are processed through Labcorp. We draw labs on site or you can go to their outpatient lab in Traverse City.
For specialized functional medicine labs, we use a variety of lab companies.
Do you offer hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?
Yes, HRT has always been and will remain a part of our family practice services. We will perform a symptom-based work up and treat when appropriate. We typically prescribe FDA approved products and are up to date on current guideline changes. Our providers are actively working toward certification with the Menopause Society (MSCP certification) to ensure your trust in what we do.
Do you offer weight loss treatments (or GLP-1's)?
Yes, weight management has and always will be part of our family practice services. We take a holistic approach and focus on changes that will help you maintain weight loss, not just quick profits. This typically includes much more than GLP-1's alone and may also utilize other medications when appropriate.
